Fast and smooth process from start to finish
From Start to finish, my experience with the M.a.c. Team was exceptional. The step by step process was easy to follow making for a smooth closing.
More communication. I had to reach out to PennyMac for all updates/status. Online uploads were done - PennyMac would say they didn't receive them.
The initial consultation with Travis for the application was phenomenal.Once passed to Jennifer, I was not particularly thrilled with my experience. I felt like the communication was lacking. I was told I needed sign the disclosures and she would call me to schedule the close the next day and she never called. Then when I called to verify the notary was coming for closing the following day, she left me a voicemail saying my loan was approved and we needed to schedule our close.
