Our loan process was seamless, timely and handled professionally thanks in large part to Nancy Msrkanian's attentive management of our account. We very much appreciate her attention to detail, prompt and thorough communications, and overall professionalism. She made a very trusting impression on us and represents PennyMac's brand well!
We felt the communication could have been better throughout the transaction. Even, at the end, I received an email that the new loan was funded, but I didn't get any notification about the transaction closing and the old loan getting paid off. Also, the initial Closing Paperwork to be e-signed was incorrect. The taxes were doubled and I had to call to get that corrected.
It took way too long and I was given inaccurate timeframes along the way. A Very unpleasant Experience.
Everything with the loan was going well until the signing. There was confusion and not clear expectations for signing. We had to reschedule signing, and the documents were not ready for the notary until the day of signing. If the notary did not stay on top of trying to get the documents, we would have had to reschedule again.
The loan process was amazing. Exceeded expectations!
Great experience, almost called another company to do my re-finance at a lower rate, I am so happy that I call PennyMac before making my decision.
The entire process, from Royal Cameron in the beginning to Bridget Mangassarian at the end, was seamless. They communicated well and they communicated often. Well done!!!!
