Poor communication, incorrect names on documents, repeated attempts to solve the same problem to no avail, last minute urgenices caused by lack of communication.

From Start to finish, my experience with the M.a.c. Team was exceptional. The step by step process was easy to follow making for a smooth closing.
Your whole company seems very good. However, Jennifer was outstanding during the entire process. Fast to respond and always very friendly, and obviously, very bright. Due to some very surprise health issues that I just learned of last week, we were forced to cancel the transaction officially today. Same day as funding.
