Faster replies to requests for information before i was introduced to Jennifer. She improved response times and answered my questions promptly.
I was told by someone that within 3 years the refi would pay for itself. That was total BS because my monthly bill only changed by about $ 37.00. $37.00 x 36 (months) = $1,332.00 now you tell me how that totals anywhere near the almost $13,000 that was paid.
