Everyone was very helpful and nice
Quick efficient and able to be completed almost entirely remotely
slow turnaround but with employs working from home it is difficult
Our loan officer was hard to get a hold of at times, he seemed preoccupied. Also directions were not given at the same time requests for doc u sign. It took a couple of voice mails to get answers about documents, but then Marisol came into the picture and took care of business.
Easy and didn't take too long. Was kept informed and was able to get info with ease.

This was my first time refinancing a home loan and the process was super smooth! Kimberly was excellent! She kept in touch and responded promptly to any questions/concerns that I had.
