Juan is a nice person but the communication was lacking. Often times it would be very unclear what the next step in the process was. I would call and not receive information back promptly. I understand it is a very busy time due to the interest rate environment currently but as you're aware there are time sensitive deadlines. The process would not be explained clearly and concisely. Oftentimes, I would get a back story when I just needed to efficiently be informed the facts.

Quick efficient and able to be completed almost entirely remotely
slow turnaround but with employs working from home it is difficult
Our loan officer was hard to get a hold of at times, he seemed preoccupied. Also directions were not given at the same time requests for doc u sign. It took a couple of voice mails to get answers about documents, but then Marisol came into the picture and took care of business.
Easy and didn't take too long. Was kept informed and was able to get info with ease.
