A very pleasant experience
PennyMac is very busy but when you call them or email them you will receive a message back or call back by the next day. If you call early enough you can get a call back the same day. It has been a pleasure working with them for a year-and-a-half.
During this pandemic It is taking a bit longer and with people working from home and not at their office ,its understandable. I want to thank you all for a job well done. OH , Still waiting for for my check. Even slow mail these days!
Achieved a lower percentage plus 2 years off loan.
After being assigned my previius loan officer, I had serious doubts the loan would go smoothly, or even go through at all. I felt i had lost some sort of lottery for incompetent loan officers. Then Sarah was assigned to my loan and everything when along smoothly, and efficiently

A different person was always contacting me. Never follow through with contacting me when they said they would. Supposed to get overnight check and its been 3 days now and nothing.
I think the minor errors and communication were impeded by COVID and time zone difference. Otherwise a very good product and service.
