Constant change in closing figure by underwriting left the process stressed. Ivonne explained aftwr show was provided and answer from underwriting. Note Please make sure my old mortgage shows paid in full. I recieved a call seeking a payment after i closed Thats unacceptable not ivonne fault

I think the minor errors and communication were impeded by COVID and time zone difference. Otherwise a very good product and service.

The process was so easy. It was a wonderful experience. We closed sooner than we expected. Ms. Jennings was awesome! She was very informative. We would recommend PennyMac to our friends and family.

I was not able to get consistent service from the person assigned to my account. Every communication was done by a different person acting on her behalf. The process took much longer than expected. When documents I already sent in were not received it took 2 weeks before I got an email it was not received. The time between communications was too long. The time to complete the process from when I had everything submitted was too long.

My agent tried her best to keep me informed as to where the application process was at any given time. The underwriters kept the loan process going longer is the only frustration that I had.
