Great experience
Everyone was pleasant to work with, expectations were clear, and all my questions were answered immediately. By far my favorite experience with refinancing and home loans process.
Frankly provide excellent service and I very much appreciated his time and quick turnaround to questions I posed to him. I cannot say the same for the support team who was supposed to respond to questions I asked that were out of Frankys purview. No one responded to me. When I informed Frankly of what had happened he was able to get me a response to my questions while I was on the phone. Franky did a phenomenal job standing in the gap and performing excellently as a Turnaround Agent!
The time to process the loan was a little excessive but I’m assuming it was because of low rates at this time.
Pennymac was my original lender and beat all competitors’ rates, plus provided me with an easy and very streamlined application and closing process. My rate was significantly reduced with almost no legwork on my part! An exceptional experience, thanks to Pennymac!
