Excellent service
Refinancing with PennyMac was a fairly pain free experience that provided me with a better loan arrangement that also saved me money. Almost every step was done digitally and I was able to get a hold of someone within an hour at each step of the process. I would recommend them to just about everyone.

During the process, I worked with several different contacts. Each of them were very helpful, responsive and professional. This was my first time refinancing so I wasn't sure about the process. I stayed with Pennymac because of my experience with my first loan. It's been a great experience.
Overall, I was pleased with the ending result, but the title search, for a property already under an active loan with PennyMac took far too long!
Johnathan Ryan and Jack L were great! The other team members who reached out to me for things seemed confused about what they were asking or would change something in the portal but not email me to check or send me the requirements. Or they changed the requirements and not tell me.
