There were several times that I was asked for documents that have already been uploaded to the portal. I was also asked for my pay stub several times, but had explained via email and over the phone that I only get paid/receive a pay stub once and month. I gave the specific date that my pay stub would be available and uploaded a copy of my pay stub on that date. I sent an email saying that I had uploaded needed pay stub. A week later I received a call asking about the pay stub.
My experience was excellent and the customer service was even better.
The process was relatively simple and uncomplicated. The notary was very professional. Easy!
