During the process, I worked with several different contacts. Each of them were very helpful, responsive and professional. This was my first time refinancing so I wasn't sure about the process. I stayed with Pennymac because of my experience with my first loan. It's been a great experience.

Our loan began with Thomas in Florida who was great and even worked on Saturday to get the paperwork processed. Then I began working with Ivonne Cordero who was so pleasant to deal with and explained everything as we went along. She kept me informed weekly and if I had any questions I would call her and discuss them. She was always available or if I left her a voice mail called me right away. I can't believe how smooth the refianancing was processed. I'm very pleased saving a $100 per month!!
Mejia was very professional and patient. Enjoyed working with him. Previously, someone did not process my loan and had to restart the process! Uy when mejia Was assigned to my account, he exhibited nothing but professionalism and patience with me. Greatly appreciated it!
