Our loan began with Thomas in Florida who was great and even worked on Saturday to get the paperwork processed. Then I began working with Ivonne Cordero who was so pleasant to deal with and explained everything as we went along. She kept me informed weekly and if I had any questions I would call her and discuss them. She was always available or if I left her a voice mail called me right away. I can't believe how smooth the refianancing was processed. I'm very pleased saving a $100 per month!!
