Very competitive staff, straightforward, courteous and knowledgeable. We always felt secure that everything was working Smoothly. They answered all our questions and clarify our doubts didn't matter how simple or complicated were. In our case we only trust PennyMack diligent personnel.

I understand you are busy with refinancing right now. I was told we would close in July. I closed a month later with nothing more than an email saying it’s waiting for underwriting. I emailed asking what is taking so long mid August and never received a reply.

Yes, you need to improve the lines of communication with in your organization. Lack of communication between PennyMac employees as well as the title company. Constant making myself available for closing and PennyMac kept missing the mark.

The process was very easy and smooth. From the time of my application to close went faster than expected. The My loan officer explained my options and helped select the best one for me. My loan specialist was excellent. He explained next steps and provided frequent updates regarding my loan. The Pennymac Team took the stress and worry out of the process. I highly recommend Pennymac for your mortgage or refinance needs.

- so many different people were contacting me regarding the loan. I didn't know who to contact for what. - was hoping that b/c we were keeping the same mortgage company that this whole process would be a lot easier than it was.... but it wasn't - didn't realize that there would be closing costs again just for refinancing - employees on the west coast should be more considerate of when they are calling people on the east coast. We would get phone calls sometimes after 9pmEST
