Everyone knew what they were doing and it was well communicated organized and processed. Everything was very professional.
Working with PennyMac Loan Services, LLC was a very positive experience. Our refinance loan went smoothly and we were very satisfied with the service we received.
My experience with Yvonne was great, it was Penny Mac it self and the very slow process from underwriting that I was not pleased with. Yvonne was very patient with me calling her every day when I was pushing for the loan to close quicker.
Communication is important to me, and all throughout the refinance loan process, there was a continued line of communication.

The refinance was easy & a few steps on my part needed to be done. Everyone on the PennyMac team was very nice & helpful. Explained the procedures with the questions that I had. the closing was easy & fast. I would recommend them to others.
Of note - our first loan agent, Arthur, was fantastic. Patient, intelligent, helpful, and timely. A+ rating for him. The rest was awful. Because of delays by PennyMac, duplicate/addn'l docs were needed. The upload site doesn't let you see what has been uploaded. One person can't upload for both buyers (ie wife can't upload statements for herself and her husband). Hermes never knew what was going on. A call to the east coast at 9p is unprofessional. Notary was incredibly late.
