Jennifer Ovando was the greatest part. She is an expert in her field. She explained everything perfectly to my level of understanding. My problem is with Jeffreys Johnson. He told me several times that I would need no money for closing. I asked him several times would I have to come to the table with money after he told me no and he repeated, no. When closing came, I had to pay over $700. It wasn't fair to lie to me.

Respond to emails quickly and within 24 hours at the latest; Understand that loan refinancing is not a full time job for the customer so give them status updates actively; work with the customer to understand which closing schedule fits their needs instead of pushing and rescheduling without giving them appropriate time to discuss with their spouse/partners; be polite and not irritated when customer asks questions;
