The communication can be greatly improved upon. There were several times where I was told to expect a call and never received one. There was also an occasion when I was looking for an answer to a question I had and was told that only one person could help me with that question, which was fine, and that she would call me back later in the day. I had to call back three times over the course of a week before she finally talked to me. Little things like that were very irritating.

I was told my new mortgage payment, I asked if insurance and taxes were included i was told yes. Later to be told it was a mistake. I was told I had money coming back and closing cost only $89 but it ended up being over $1500 also instead of mortgage payment being $950 its more $1191. I was very unhappy about that.

My experience was very good very very good. That was my first time applying for a refinance I was a little bit nervous but once I spoke to the lPerson who took my application and she explained everything to me I became a little bit calm. Then when Yvonne called me and explain more it was fine.
