The service was great. The loan officer was efficient and kept me informed about very step.
Friendly representatives with good follow up and communication throughout the process. The ability to send, receive and sign documents electronically made all of the paperwork a breeze. A mobile notary came to the house, we signed and were done! I’ve used PennyMac for years and what I most like is that they do not sell my loan to another company making me have to change my electronic payments and deal with another company!
Amount needed at closing was incorrect. Caused me to make an additional trip to the bank and have to pay an additional $30 for a wire. Not happy about that and would like a refund of $30 for the wire.

My processor, Sarah, was extremely nice and communicative. She walked me through the steps and made sure I understood what was happening. There were only two things I have any issue with. One was a document that was was uploaded. A week later I was again asked to upload that document. I told the person it was uploaded a week prior, she checked and it was. This delayed my closing about a week. The other issue was I emailed two questions to Sarah that were never answered.
