Our experience with the refinance process at PennyMac was clear and pleasant! They handled everything quickly and responded promptly when we had questions. This is our second refinance with them and the process has always gone smoothly.
The beginning of the process has a lot of customer service and goes well. Once the process was started and I was locked in the Great customer service turned into telling me just enough to say there was communication. I was also not told I would need a witness at the mobile signing. Luckily the attorney told me when he called the evening before signing so I had to scramble to find someone.
