I'd like to start by saying that my Loan Officer and other employees I spoke with were quite helpful. However, I had a hard time getting responses to questions I sent my Home Loan Specialist. I often sent multiple emails and tried calling, only to reach his voicemail. I was fortunate to get the answers I needed from other employees when I called, and my refi closed on time without major complications. Still, it was disheartening not to get better responsiveness from my Home Loan Specialist.
Sarah was great to work with and explained everything about the process. She also tracked down and resolved any problems encountered. Reid was a fantastic loan officer who made the whole process seamless and enjoyable.
My loan process was so easy and quick. Thank you and I will recommend you to everyone!
Excellent customer service
Once the process started it didn't take long for the closing to take place. All agents involved were very polite and accommodating.
Sarah Guevara was amazing through the loan process and immediately answered any concerns/questions.
