From the initial application to closing, the process was very easy, very professional. We had no questions or issues. I was very pleased and surprised at how easy the process was this time around. Sarah was great to work with and explained everything about the process. She also tracked down and resolved any problems encountered. Reid was a fantastic loan officer who made the whole process seamless and enjoyable.
Jennifer only returned one out of my three calls and never answered either of my emails. In that call, she told me "I had a missed call from this number, what do you need? " she hadn't even listened to my message and had no clue what I was inquiring about. Jennifer was hurried and acted very annoyed at any questions I had during the entirety of that conversation. I wish I had asked for my loan application to be reassigned to someone else.
I’ve refinanced two loans through PennyMac within two days of each other and the first loan was smooth and efficient and the people I worked with were great. The second loan not so much. The closing was delayed due to forms not being sent from the loan officer and twice was told a notary was scheduled to sign documents and was never scheduled. I had to call the notary myself to setup the meeting.

Once the process started it didn't take long for the closing to take place. All agents involved were very polite and accommodating.
