From the initial application to closing, the process was very easy, very professional. We had no questions or issues. I was very pleased and surprised at how easy the process was this time around. Jennifer only returned one out of my three calls and never answered either of my emails. In that call, she told me "I had a missed call from this number, what do you need? " she hadn't even listened to my message and had no clue what I was inquiring about. Jennifer was hurried and acted very annoyed at any questions I had during the entirety of that conversation. I wish I had asked for my loan application to be reassigned to someone else.
