I'd like to start by saying that my Loan Officer and other employees I spoke with were quite helpful. However, I had a hard time getting responses to questions I sent my Home Loan Specialist. I often sent multiple emails and tried calling, only to reach his voicemail. I was fortunate to get the answers I needed from other employees when I called, and my refi closed on time without major complications. Still, it was disheartening not to get better responsiveness from my Home Loan Specialist.
