My loan officer Yesenia was amazing! I loved working with her. She made everything so easy. She was pleasant and knowledgeable and just wonderful to work with. She called me back the same day. Answered all my questions and made feel confident about my loan and process. The entire team was wonderful to work with. I'm on the east coast and they were on the west coast, i thought it was would a challenge with the time zones but it wasn't. EVERYONE was so great. Thank you PennyMAC!

There was very little communication from the beginning. My lone was transferred three times to different loan officers and each one it went to was like starting from the beginning. My loan, which was a VA IRRL, took two months and was two days shy of my rate expiring! My documents were submitted the first few days, but the loan was pending apparently for documents that were already submitted. Seemed very unorganized, without my persistence I may not have closed on time.

Your communication system is terrible being able to communicate with my loan processor was tricky and haphazard the email situation secure that it was was terrible it was not accurate trying to get through to the phone was unbelievable caused too much anxiety and frustration and confusion other than that my loan processor once the communication was correct completed his jobAnd I wound up with the quote and the closing I expected I have stated this before to a gentleman who called me
