My overall experience was great. The process was explained clearly. Documents that were requested, once I was able to talk to my "MAC" team, they took care of what was requested. My closing went smoothly and my team went out of their way to make it happen. Much appreciated, thank you!
The loan process team answer all the questions I needed
With rates so low the husband and I felt it was a good time to refinance so I made a call to PennyMac from start to finish it was very smooth and fast. I had 1 request for document DD214 which was a army discharge form and the notary CAME to our home to complete the final step of the loan. I’ve never experienced such a SMOOTH process!
