When we first started the process the person we were originally talking with quotes us a rate. Then, that person was never able to be reached again. Of course that is not the rate we got in the end when we had to talk to someone else. Then, the person that came to our house for us to sign all the documents was aver an hour late and rude. He forgot to have us sign one paper and had to come back again the next day. Again, he was late!!

Everything was handled professionally and as timely as possible given the current events. Having Ivonne check in with me weekly was excellent. If I had questions I knew only had to wait until she got a hold of me and not worry about calling in at a good or a bad time. Although I'm sure my questions would have been answered if I felt I needed to call. Additionally, Ivonne never gave me the impression I was a bother or that she was rushed. Definitely took some of the anxiety out of the process.
