The process for a refinance was very smooth and the team informed me upfront of all required documents and timelines. Definitely was a seamless process for me.

When we first started the process the person we were originally talking with quotes us a rate. Then, that person was never able to be reached again. Of course that is not the rate we got in the end when we had to talk to someone else. Then, the person that came to our house for us to sign all the documents was aver an hour late and rude. He forgot to have us sign one paper and had to come back again the next day. Again, he was late!!
other than the time it took for the process, it was very easy.
