It was so unpleasant that I would rather not waste my time explaining. If someone really cares they will call and check with me.
Great service! It did take some time for someone to get back to me on questions and when I was given a single point of contact I ended up receiving emails from 3-4 different people... overall I am very satisfied with the process
Communication was great, everything went smoothly.
The following would have resulted in a better overall experience.. -Closing within expected time frame. -Calls returned when promised -Definitive and/or accurate answers to questions
Other than the Title Company used I feel Penny Mac did a great job with my loan.
