We got a great refinance rate. Penny Mac made it really simple and fast to apply and close. With all documents being sent and signed online, COVID 19 wasn’t an issue.

Our refinance process went so smoothly. We especially loved that the notary came to our house and we could sign the documents at home. No stress all around!

There was some communication issues towards the end. Linda did not let me know how much I would owe on closing until after the appointment.

Took too long! Notary should wear shoe covers. I differnent emails what notary to expect and when.

The initial loan app is difficult. The app you fill out on the computer doesn't seem to translate when you finish with individual. Could be my fault, I am not the most technical guy out there. Trying to reach the same people when I call in is difficult. That is definitely a PennyMac process issue. May or may not be resolvable due to time needed to take care of individual but, I feel like you are asking my opinion and want to give you how I felt. The loan did close very quickly. However,

Great service! It did take some time for someone to get back to me on questions and when I was given a single point of contact I ended up receiving emails from 3-4 different people... overall I am very satisfied with the process
