Linda provided stellar service by consistently making contact with me to update me on the loan processing status, answer any questions that I had and just to remind me that she was nearby if anything came up that I needed answers for. Linda is my goto person at PM for anything in the future. Loved getting her calls and making her laugh or her making me laugh during the call. Just an absolute great asset, give her a raise!!!

The only frustrating difficulty (that was thankfully resolved near the end of the process! : ) encountered was not being able to directly contact Sarah or other particular PM members by phone for info, or in response to questions.
