We already had a loan with PennyMac and only wanted to reduce rate and refi with some equity payout. Despite the Covid 19 issues and everyone working from home, the entire process was easy through email, and rates were very competitive, more so than most other institutions. We closed on Friday and were funded on Tuesday.

My refinance went smoothly and simply. There were no surprises as everything was clearly explained and all my questions answered. I was already a PennyMac customer and was delighted they were able to offer me the best deal. Frankey was my advocate and always called when he was supposed to or if he needed to relay something extra to me. You can't go wrong with PennyMac for a VA Streamline loan.
