Mistakes that were made at closing were corrected quickly and accurately
We have refinanced through PennyMac a few times now but this will probably be the last. There was very poor communication regarding the status of our escrow account that ended up costing us money. Even when we tried to get to the bottom of the story we were given the run around and no straight answers. We are very upset and disappointed by our experience this time around.
Email responses were very slow.
From beginning to end my mac team communicated the process. Every call was made and followed up with. One person in particular was Sarahi she was fantastic. Please let her know she made a nervous situation very relaxing. I was very pleased from my first call to my last follow-up call. Thank you Shirley Williams
