I’ve had no issues in my last two experiences with my loans.
They did a great job on my loan. Second loan I've had with penny mac
All did as expected
I never spoke to Jennifer once. There is no direct number to your loan specialist. You call and she was never available so someone else helped me. No one ever communicated to me other than through email. I had to call to find out what was taking so long three different times. The closing documents at the final signing were different than what I had e-signed. But it was in my favor so I guess I really don't care. Customer service was obviously not a high priority.
It went smoothly and without having to provide a mountain of paperwork for this refi. I was informed every week as to the status of the process. I am very satisfied. Thanks Pennymac. Judy
