No real direct contact with any one person. You start the process with one person then told you have to talk to someone else who has been assigned to your loan. Every time you call, you ask to speak to your agent and hardly ever available. Should be when you start a loan process that the person you start with should be the contact throughout the process. Not a multiple group of person’s contacting you. This is confusing from a customer standpoint.
Put the right information on closing document do that i dont need to sign twice
Overall, the service from start to finish was a pleasant experience. The PennyMac team made it easy to start the process and everyone we worked with was very helpful. Although, there were few times that things kept changing unexpectedly we are very happy we chose PennyMac to complete our cash out refinance.
Even in this pandemic time and many businesses having to complete work difrently, our loan was processed in good time.
