Communication was horrible. I was told everything would be finished in a day or two multiple times and it took over a month. Also never received a call when things were delayed, I was always the one calling to get an update.

Good experience with the loan department. Closing was a little later than was lead to believe but at the same time was still within the rough time frame given.

Communication during the entire process was not good. Dates that I was told for closing we’re not honored. There was a lot of last minute shuffling around when there were approx 2 weeks of no communication on two different occasions. My loan had been serviced by Pennymac prior to the refinance and it took the company approx 50 days to process my refinance. I definitely will not recommend this company for refinance options.

Easy process and really enjoyed working with Martha and Tommy. I was able to close my loan 2 days early with the best rate I could shop. I would highly recommend penny Mac to any one of my friends or family members.
