Communication during the entire process was not good. Dates that I was told for closing we’re not honored. There was a lot of last minute shuffling around when there were approx 2 weeks of no communication on two different occasions. My loan had been serviced by Pennymac prior to the refinance and it took the company approx 50 days to process my refinance. I definitely will not recommend this company for refinance options.
Everything went as expected and was done in a timely fashion.
Overall, the experience was great. Sarah Guevara was great and answered the questions we had. David, who started us off in our refinance application was great as well.
Everything was fast an easy and the loan closed on time. Rates were competitive and I couldn't really ask for more.
No nonsense, clear expectations, timely follow-through and professionalism.
