Had Pennymac I’m with my previous house. They make the process fairly seamless. When things do go sideways management is quick to step in and resolve the issue.
Natalia was amazing at providing insights into the process and clearly articulated various complex issues. Martha was always there to answer our calls and keep our application on track. We were never placed on hold for too long and everyone was cordial throughout the process despite strains working from home. We really appreciated their hard work!

Our refinance with PennyMac went as expected. Quintrell and Richard made the process easy, they were knowledgable and helpful. My husband and I work in the medical field, which is a little hectic right now. There was a bit of phone tag. Richard accepted voicemails and emails in order to set the time for document signing.
