First of all I was told that my ex would have a notary come to her by 2 different people. But apparently she was faxed paperwork and was told to get it motorized during a pandemic! And was told to get it done by a certain date. And there were not clear instructions for her to follow on where to sign and it did not get done correctly. I was supposed to sign the next day and took off work early to meet the notary at my house, little did I know that PennyMac had canceled the appointment. I called t
