It was great that from the loan to application until closing it only took 4 weeks for my cash out refinance.

DeBorah stayed in touch and kept us updated throughout the entire process. She was pleasant, professional, and always helpful.
It would have been a better experience if information were consistent when problems within the process occurred. For example, the loan requested was a VA loan and it was reported I was paying taxes when I was tax exempt and I was given conflicted information on if I did or didn’t pay taxes. Another issue was the loan was not supposed to include taxes and at the original closing date, taxes were on the documents and closing had to be rescheduled to another date because of the error.
The only problem was the 1st disclosure was calculated incorrectly. Due to the extra time things took, I had to pay a late fee on my April payment. Otherwise everything went smoothly.
