Richard made this process very simple! I have already recommended PennyMac to my colleauges who are considering taking advantage of the current market.
The only problem was the 1st disclosure was calculated incorrectly. Due to the extra time things took, I had to pay a late fee on my April payment. Otherwise everything went smoothly.
