Quick service. Fast to close. We had a family medical emergency requiring us to fly to Florida for our sons heart procedure. Getting the closing done so quickly after we notified Ashley our loan officer gave us one less Thing to worry about. The team responded to us as people not just a number. That was so refreshing. My overall experience wasn’t bad. At the end of the day everything worked out, just the timeline got a little askew due to lack of communication. I felt that some documents where asked for multiple times and I sent them every time but things just didn’t go as smoothly as I had imagined. My over experience was okay at the end of it all.
The email I received from Bren indicated everything was set, we were to receive a specific amount back on 2/4 and that the notary would be out for our signatures. The amount on the paperwork we signed thereafter indicated $300 to $400 less than Bren indicated in her email but we didnt want to go through the hassle to try to get things fighred out so let it go. Michael and Bren were great to talk too. Thanks for getting us the better interest rate and staying within the timeline!
