My time with penny Mac was very easy and not stressful at all. Everyone that I dealt with was easy to work with and very respectful
After dealing with another lender that dragged the VA IRRL out over several months, Jonnie called me and took care of my loan. In a matter of weeks, not months, my mortgage was refinanced and on much better terms than I was offered by the other lender. It was a smooth, easy process and I am glad that Jonnie reached out to me.
Every time I tried to call Tang to get answers could not get him to call me back . After I signed the paper work I got a email saying that there was a few not right so I called penny Mac to find out what was going on did not get any help so right now I don’t know if it went thought or not I even called the old republic to find out something and a again anthing from them so now what!!! So where is the money I was getting Tang wont tell me. If someone would call me ???
Very knowledgeable about the product and the market. Very Friendly and easy to work with.
Oscar was great, but after I went to the other part of the team it was just not acceptable. There was limited communication and I reached out several times with no response. The week of my closing I had to call several times to get closing costs and then I uncovered there were documents that I still needed to submit. Why had no one reached out to me before I have no clue. To make matters worse, we weren't funded on time, bc of an appraisal issue, still someone should have caught it earlier.
The communication process and continual update was great. We had to work through a minor issue of the military form for VA purposes but it did get taken care of. There were some issues with closing documents but PennyMac did a great job of addressing those issues and getting it to closing.
