I was confused when I kept getting reminders to complete items I thought had been completed. I even got these reminders after closing on the deal. When folks did contact me/us in a timely fashion (which they mostly did) they appeared uninformed.
When you are calling someone make sure you have the right name. We could tell Suzanne didn't know what my correct name is.
Was an outstanding experience from start to finish and all team members were great. Also the app tracking of the progress along the way was top notch.
Ms. Tanairy provided quick & excellent service and was very supportive during my loan approval. When she was out a day due to illness her team picked up where she left off and the customer service continued.
