I have been with Penny Mac for over 25 years. They would call me at least 3 times a day asking me to refinance my mortgage. Finally I said sure why not. This has turned out to be just a horrible experience for me. They kept asking me for documentation and proof of accounts. I'd send it to them and they would ask for the same thing again. I was told that all my documents were in and I was waiting for a closing date. I finally called and was told that I needed more documentation. Amy Mack did s superior job of answering all my questions and keeping me updated of all required through the loan process.
