Couldn't have been happier with the assistance we received from LaToyaka. She is warm, knowledgeable, and a definite asset to PennyMac. We do feel that one or two others on the team could learn a great deal by following LaToyaka's example. She understands the importance of engaging with the customer, she understands the importance of being accurate, and she understands the importance of follow through and follow up.
Was not told about two required inspections until three days after they knew in the first case; and close to two weeks for the second, requiring me to jump through hoops in order to close in time since they didnt communicate those requirements to me when they knoew about them. Everything else was great and overall I houle highly recommend PennyMac
