It would have been better if I did not receive a passive aggressive email about a contract that had a typo that Grace was refusing to fix. In the email she said that the "best possible customer service" was to not fix 2 boxes that related to my agent on the closing disclosure. It would have taken no time at all to put the correct information in. Instead, I waited for 2 hours just to find out that she did not correct the issue. 1) Basically we needed to submit tons of documents and answered many questions. However, with PennyMac website, all were done in orderly fashion, i.e. all needed documents are posted well and the way to upload are arranged well. 2) If I have some questions then Eric or Eric's team was usually able to answer them, otherwise they will dispatch Eric and he will call me within 2 hours. 3) The hand-over from the Loan officer Jake Fillip to loan processing Eric Haywood was somewhat not smooth, it took 3 days from the hand-over da... read more

Anna Eng helped make the whole process run a lot smoother. We had a lot of hiccups through out the process of our loan and without Anna's help I feel like we would have had many more issues. Anna communicated with us throughout the span of our loan process and closing very well and made sure we were never left in the dark.
