I was being pushy to get my loan closed due to personal reasons between myself and the previous joint owner and PENNYMAC was able to expedite the process for me. My loan closed only 15 days after I had applied for it. Everyone I spoke to was friendly
Thank you for the constant communication throughout the entire process from start to finish.
Everything was great. Only complaint is that you kept calling from different phone numbers, and I avoid picking up phone numbers I don’t recognize so I missed you a few times.
