My loan officer, Kevin and my loan processor, Nicole, were polite, friendly, and professional. Always available when I needed them and made the closing process as smooth as possible.
Purchasing a home with Penny Mac was amazing and less stressful than expected. They provide you with clear and timely instructions as you progress all the way to closing day. Vage, Kaitlyn, and the rest of her team are excellent to work with.

As an officer handling a loan, one should be on top of their game and taking control of the process and not other way around… one has to own the moment, the event, the client’s personal loan.and must have a good relationship with the client on a one on one basis, having shared very deep and very private information. I wish the details of underwriting were disclosed prior to the beginning process, so no extra difficulty or aggravation are encountered.
