Mrs. Olivas wasn’t with me for a majority of the process so it’s not really fair to give outstanding marks for other peoples work. Mrs Raylee Gotham did a majority of the selling and preparation and I would much rather fill out a survey on her to express my satisfaction with Penny Mac. As far as referring people to Penny Mac. I have been working with Pennymac since 2014 for our home purchase in South Fl. My experience has been so good, that I continued to work with them on my most recent home purchase in Tallahassee. I opted for a VA loan. They are very knowledgeable and were able to secure a very good rate, even in this climate. If/when we purchase in the future, I will work with them again.
