The experience was good
Hi what's the weather like in your corner of the world today. Here sunny but chilly not the soup but cold out doors.
The communication as far as what documents were needed towards the end was confusing. I kept receiving messages to provide proof of reserves but I had to call in to get clarification. I also felt the confusion with the subordination delayed my closing and I was asked to follow up with the lender who needed to complete the subordination.
Ease of signing documents and submitting them was great!
The process was very well conducted.Im satisfied with the service.
