The communication was great. My loan had lots of ups and downs, but Suzanne, especially, stayed in contact and kept me apprised of what was going on. She and Wilson Nguyen bent over backward to get this loan to go through, and when it was all said and done, the terms were even better than originally proposed. We really needed this loan and are so grateful for Suzanne and Wilson hanging in there with us to get it closed.

I requested the loan to pay for house repairs. I had to get those house repairs in order to get the loan even though I told you I needed those funds upfront to pay for those repairs. When I had questions about what to do, the most popular answer was "I don't know". I was also told my funds would be in my account on the 29th. I did not receive my funds on the 29th. As of now, I still haven't received those funds. So, I went into debt in order to do the refinance and what I was told wasn't fulfilled on your part. Now I have to... read more
