David and Ivonne, did an amazing job. David was a grate help at the start, and helped so much with filling out our paper work. When Ivonne took over she was amazing too! With ensuring we understood everything and being available when we had questions. She clarified what we needed to do and saves us a bunch of time and money (when coming to the appraisal). Linda was thorough, detail oriented, and remarkably professional. If there was a question that she didn't have an answer to she was quick to say that, then quicker to find an answer and relay that information to me. My experience with Linda was everything you could ask for from a Customer Service perspective.
