Nuvia was great and always available. I felt like we had to chase Destini to get answers and replies to our emails which was the only unpleasant part of the process. Other than that we were pleased.

As an officer handling a loan, one should be on top of their game and taking control of the process and not other way around… one has to own the moment, the event, the client’s personal loan.and must have a good relationship with the client on a one on one basis, having shared very deep and very private information. I wish the details of underwriting were disclosed prior to the beginning process, so no extra difficulty or aggravation are encountered.
