Everyone I dealt with was willing to help me. No one acted like I was bother to them I was provided wirh clear and concise information every time I called.
Faiza was nothing but professional but she works for idiots that probably couldn’t put together a coherent sentence to save their life. She is the saving grace of this whole affair. Her and her boss Lorrie deserve high praise and promotions because ur underwriters are worth crap.
Explained everything great and was there for me if I had any questions or concerns. Give him a raise!
More positive customer service communi
Ask for documentation all at once instead of piecemeal. One minute told no further documents needed and then by the afternoon more was being requested. Was told a mobile notary could be used but failed to inform that there would be a charge for that. Ended up traveling to the office for closing.
Make it easier to get a hold of the people you’re dealing with “directly” A quicker response to emails would be good!
