Pennymac's team gave great attention and detail to my needs and inquiries regarding the lending process.
The issues that slowed our loan process were largely due to the rural area that we live in. It was hard to find an appraiser and the appraisal was weeks out when we did get it scheduled. We did get multiple emails saying we needed to do this or that but were told by representatives that everything was in order, then we would get more emails saying something similar.
