This was the worst experience I've had with a loan & lending institution. When we did a VA refi several years ago with PennyMac everything went extremely smooth, nothing in quadruplicate every day, etc. Also with our credit scores we really expected better %'s rates staying with PennyMac. I am very disappointed & will now be looking.
What confused me is way to many people working on my documents! It’s nice to establish a trust/in a friendship, with the person I’m working with. Everyone was very nice, I guess I like to know my person. Tammie Mack stuck with me til end, I really appreciated that! She was very pleasant. I guess I felt pushed off by all the others for any questions I had. Just too many hands in the pot. Glad it’s basically done. Thank you to all that helped make this happen. Much appreciated.

Everything went smoothly and all my questions were answered.
I had individuals who did not have a clue what they were talking about. I called and explained more than 5 times that I did not make payments on the house I already owned. I then called back and was able to get the correct information for someone saying that the previous individual did not know what they were talking about and that pennymac does cases similar to mine all the time and the 2nd individual I talked to was able to get my paper work submitted and approved that day.
