Our loan reps were quick and efficient. My husband was in a bind where we needed to close as early as possible and Peter and Meredith were able to make it happen. Great job and VERY much appreciated! It was a great experience refinancing our home.

Honestly I chose 'great' because there were only 3 choices and the next one said something like 'just ok'. I felt like it should rate a little higher than that. I got through it and we closed so I'm happy. Some of the requirements changed during the process. Some of the requests were ridiculous. After faxing in an actual signature that document never got checked 'completed' so it showed up as a task needed on every email. TOO many requests for same information previously sent!! Not understanding retired military don’t receive a monthly pay statement. No apparent understanding of military disability pay. BNT required us to sign a lien document but person in charge of that didn’t know why (we don’t have any liens on this house-or any house we’ve owned. We signed it, later said we didn’t have to sign it-no lien. It appeared to me that there was a lack of communication in the organization.
