It was a great experience
We were mislead from the very beginning to get us to leave Rocket Mortgage. Mislead and flat out lied to concerning closing time and loan processing costs.

The entire mortgage process was smooth and prompt. Everyone was very knowledgeable and answered every question I had with no problem. This is my second mortgage with Pennymac and if I have another I will continue to use their services
