There were a lot of communication challenges between pennymac and my realtor. Pennymac was contacting my realtor’s broker, not my actual realtor despite me providing his contact info several times. Because of this, the closing process was significantly delayed and led to a lot of confusion between myself, my realtor, and the title company to include my realtor not being able to submit comps when the home did not appraise for the agreed upon sale price. I love Pennymack, the staff are knowledgeable and efficient and they work with you to the end to insure success. “Sometimes they got on my nerves” sending the same things over and over. It was all for my good. I am so happy to have had them as my mortgage company to give me the house that I dreamed off.
