Great experience from beginning to the end
It was a good experience
the lowest rate we get among other bank
The only thing that we were a little disappointed in was the physical checks that were sent to us to close out the bills. In this day and age it is easier and faster to take care of these things on line. With physical checks being sent through the mail, too many things could happen. We would have rather the money transferred electronically to us that way we could have distributed it accordingly and instantly.
Someone was available to answer questions when our assigned agent was not. That was helpful.
Ambiguity with appraisal expectations and a delay in communication surrounding that which made us rush to fix things for closing. Grace was excellent compared to who she took over for in the process and she was very responsive and knowledgeable.
