Brianna Koke was an absolute pleasure to talk to. She was very kind and answered all of my somewhat silly questions. At the end of our conversation, she told me to call her anytime if I had any other questions. In today's world, you just do not receive that kind of customer service !! Your company is very lucky to have her !!!!!

Sandra worked with me on my purchase loan and my refinance loan. She went above and beyond the call of duty. She took time out to communicate and work in the other loan, though it wasn’t her job. I was frustrated with PennyMac, but not with Sandra. She was a great help and I appreciate her.

Process was very smooth at the beginning. There were changes made to my loan that I had no knowledge of so that began to make the process challenging at the end. My closing date was changed unbeknownst to me. Employment verification was requested multiple times and different responses from different reps about the reasons for the change in the loan documents. After we smooth out all of the confusion we were able to close smoothly.
