Point blank, Ivonne was extremely difficult to work with. Her requests were not clear or precise and on more than one occasion, she would contact us towards the end of business day EST requesting further documents when the business the document is needed from is already closed and/or a Fri and we would then have to wait until Mon to get what was being requested. Great job!
The only complaint I have is the automated emails tell me I needed to do something that was already done. Ivone and Ashley did good work. It is your IT department that needs improvement.
Tanairy was great throughout the full process. Very responsive, experienced, and professional.
If the original representative would have not appeared to be more of a salesman than a person to assist an existing customer about refinance and educating on the numbers and how they are calculated.

Faiza was outstanding to work with. We had to deliver on an extremely aggressive timeline to close and we could not have gotten it done without Faiza and the rest of PennyMac. She was a fantastic partner, gave us a lot of comfort throughout the process, and was absolutely on top of everything from start to finish. We had a great experience with Faiza and PennyMac.
